I offer here a golden opportunity to razz hell
out of me, but remember:  I have openly admitted
to being mechanically challenged.

After refinishing the grilles today, I found myself foiled
by the phillips heads in the lower grille, which are intended
to fit into a plastic thingy sort of sleeve.  When I try to
screw them in, they just spin in the sleeve.  I am stumped.
