For those who are puzzled by the use of ph in Westphalia its because they
didn't study german geography in their english speaking school.
The german provinces have english spellings when used in english just as many
english place names have german spellings when used in german.
Phalz = Palatinate
Bayern = Bavaria
Westfalia = Westphalia
usw = etc
So much for the facts !  Lets get on with the fun!!
