Jim,  I asked The List this same question recently & a lot of
suggestions were made.  Most agreed you are better off spray painting the
grille, but you must buy the proper sort of paint, one that will flex & not
flake off.  One product recommended highly by several is called Mar-Hyde.
You may paint at the same time your wipers, gas cap, etc.  There are other
brands as well, it seems the best source for them is an auto paint store.
