My tail lights are out on my 90 westfalia.  Sounds simple enough, I replaced
the bulbs, which fixed half of the problem, on eon each side now works.
Still, that leaves one on  each side not working.  Looking a little deeper,
literally into the socket, I see the metal piece that should be in the
bottom of the socket is missing from the two in question.  Is there a way to
fabricate something to bridge this gap and make the bulbs work?  Or will I
eventually have to break down and buy the part that encases the
sockets/bulbs?
