Just wondering...how accurate do you think the Kelly Blue book values are for Westies?

I noticed that Kelly Blue Book will list an '89 Westy in excellent condition between $11,000 to $16,000, depending on the state you choose.

What has been the listmembers' experience? Do they generally get substantially less than Blue Book value?
