David, Listmembers:

        I was happy to finally see my new H4 Headlamps arrive... 5 months after
ordered.  I still have not received the city lights/bulbs, the phantom boots,
or even any messages from you since the above.  I replied to you that I would
be perfectly happy to get the Hella boots that you had.  Also, it has been 4
weeks since the above indicated shipping date.  Is this the response time that
all of your customers are given?  I am sorry to use list bandwidth for this,
but I feel it is necessary to inform the community when service becomes THIS
bad.
