My niece also has a westfalia (1984) and in the two years she's owned it
there's been a bad ("puke") smell coming
from the dash---the hotter the weather the worse it is.  It tends to go
through fuses readily and tends to honk occasionally when starting the
vehicle.  Any ideas? and how to go about checking it out.
