Several years ago, I recall seeing a simple to make replacement for the factory wiring harness repair (listed in the TSB to fix hesitation problem) on '86 up Vanagons. I've searched all my bookmarks, archives, etc. and can't find it. My '88 still lurches occasionally during long drives at steady speeds, and I've already cleaned/adjusted (ie: bent) the airbox wiper arm. Can someone point me in the right direction? ps: Is it normal for the ECU under the seat to make a soft clicking noise at idle? I assumed it was solid state, but maybe not. Is there a relay or something in there? Shawn Wright, I.T. Manager Shawnigan Lake School swright@SLS.bc.ca http://Zuiko.sls.bc.ca/swright http://www.sls.bc.ca
