Hi folks, well, I have some time on my hands, a Zip Drive and an ISDN link.
This may be enough to handle incoming pics and establish a basic site, or it
may not. Some very important ground rules should be established eg
1.Only JPEGS of modest size, weighing in at no more than 75kb each
2.Always a name and short description of the pic with location

As a trial I propose that you send me your pics from now until Friday,
during which time I will be reporting back on how things are going, in an
attempt to adjust pic flow if at all possible eg...HELP!!! NO MORE PICS
(after half an hour), or maybe "where are you all?" As soon as possible I
will post the URL of the site. If you have trouble getting your pics
compressed to the relevant size, please wait and ask someone who can help
you do it, as just a few uncompressed pics could really screw this project
up!

So, call me crazy, but go ahead, send those pics! All the best, Dave Perry
