I put a 2.2L Subaru Legacy engine in my 1986 vanagon. the problem is that I
can not get it started. I have discovered that the two wires (green-white
and yellow-blue)which come from the ECU and go to the ignitor are dead. I
took the ECU out and tested it with a multimeter and it tells me that the
circuit from which they come is open, no resistence. What do i do to to get
them to work?
