Hey all:

For the last few months I've noticed my speedo needle has a slight case
of the "shakes" at all speeds.  While the speedo needle used to be
rock-steady, it now vibrates in a small arc, perhaps +/- 2 or 3 mph.

Does anybody know what's causing this, and what I can do about it?
