I just bought an 84 Westy Vanagon Darkblue with 101,000 miles (20,000
miles on a new factory installed engine.) I have owned two other VW's.
One a 75 Super Beetle, the other (which I still own) a 1986 GTi. Neither
had this problem that this one has.<br>
<br>
It makes this 'clicking' sound when <font size=4>accelerating. I don't
know if this is a common part of a VW Vanagon or something that may be
wrong with the car that is fixable.<br>

Any help on this subject would be great.<br>
