My VW dealer (Sonnen Motors in San Rafael) told me that the mediation and arbitration program run by the BBB as a result of VW's settlement entered into after action by the FTC regarding engine/head gasket failures has expired and thus VW no longer picks up any percentage of head repairs/replacement.
