Adjust the sliding door per Bentley manual.  Check and lubricate the tracks
and the mechanism for the latch.  Usually this will fix the problem.  It is
usually an adjustment issue.  The rear latch isn't available as a new
part.  You will have to source a used one.  If you can't find one, let me
know as I have used parts sources.
