The vans are 1990 Carat, 1990 tintop syncro, 1989 GL tintop.

I have dash cams using the cigarette lighter plug (low draw amp)... there
are times that I plug it in and forget to unplug it... then it continues to
run for a long time...

so I want the dash cam OFF when I turn OFF the engine.
