hey, all. just a heads up. found a set of 4 injectors for $110 - brand new ! perusing the Samba turned up a lead to Auto Zone. they have GP/Sorensen units which are rebadged Lucas rotary disc units. Bosch injectors use a pintel nozzle. even if your local doesn't list them as available you can order from the main page and use the `free ship to home' feature. they have a promo code to save 20 % to boot. now, I know what you Bosch purists are thinking and I'm with you. however, for under $30 each they'll be adequate to keep the Van running til I get the others rehabbed by WitchHunter. oh, wait. a while back Miguel posted a link to a you tube vid on how to back flush them at home. so, I'm spending money to help the economy while saving money to help my wallet. woo hoo!! �it's your Vanagon/Westy. it's your money. it's your decision.
