Just a quick thanks to all. 3 way crack on luggage rack repaired: https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-lXLBiFtWLoM/US7Agctg31I/AAAAAAAAG_o/pgXSPcpoTFE/s640/Luggage%2520rack%2520crack.jpg Luggage rack painted with 3 coats "Brightside". (fibre glass was really "dry"). Not "perfect" but way better: https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-7VkQH_XjFKA/UTRSHq0N94I/AAAAAAAAHFQ/zJEgwjiD2XE/s720/luggage%2520rack.jpg I kept the stock tie downs. They were in good shape, washers and rivets still fine. 2 coats rust convertor, then Brightside. And, between myself and the PO, a few of the rubber washers used in mounting the luggage rack, are missing. Bentley shows 2 per bolt at the four rear bolts. I bet a FLAPS would have something, but my first thought was "plumbing" so that's where I went. This "Master Plumber" toilet bolt kit 208 has washers that are almost the same size: OEM part is on LH: https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-pRYe-vHJBd0/UTRSGAEC2AI/AAAAAAAAHFI/DYSng95s3dA/s576/luggag%2520rack%2520rubber%2520washer.jpg I imagine a steel washer can take up any difference.
