I received replacement gutter hooks for my wasserstopper rainfly from GoWesty. They work much better. Great customer service from GW http://shufti.wordpress.com/2012/06/08/vanagon-gowesty-wasserstopper-rain-fly-hook-issue-resolved/ alistair
