Cunegonde's ignition lock has failed - no power to ANYTHING - incl dash clock, lights - at "on" or "start", but all fine with key "off" or out altogether. 

Can I jump start somehow?
Can I dril it out and force w/a screwdriver?
Can I remove the lock or bypass it?
Does anyone in Seattle have a used one with at least one key they're willing to sell ASAP?

I'm in a parking lot  and have full tool kit.
