The only drivers in this area that I have a real attitude problem with are those that think they own the #1 lane because THEY are in it. It is Utah law that if you have 3 cars behind you and you're in the #1 lane and not passing anyone to your right in #2, you get out of the way or get ticketed. And, of course, there is never a HP around when you need one. ;)
