Okay, correct the following if I'm wrong.  On a Vanagon, '90, the
wiper/washer lever has three positions: center off, up for fast, down for
slow.  And in all three positions, including center, if you pull up toward
the steering wheel the washer pumps.  And in the center position if you pull
up the washer pumps and the wipers work until you let go of the lever.
Is all that right?
