the principle is the same, in my eyes. i have experience with both ethanol and NO. NOS has an effect any way delivered. metering is a safety issue to me. unmetered will give you pieces of an engine when pushed too hard. I run NOS in one of my SVX vans, trust me, a little bit goes a long way and will put you back in the seat. df ----- Original Message ---- From: Kenneth Lewis <kdlewis@northstate.net> To: dylan friedman <insyncro@YAHOO.COM> Cc: vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com Sent: Monday, July 14, 2008 11:22:07 AM Subject: Re: [VANAGON] Water 4 Gas. com Does it work? Has Anyone Tried it? Know of It? But aren't Ethanol and NO delivered under pressure so quantities are plentiful enough to make a difference? Their rapid expansion also has a tremendous cooling benefit. I don't think you're in the same ball park comparing a hamster blowing through a straw and Nitrous.
