The thermistor on my dometic is loose -- is this supposed to be bonded
tightly to the fin it's mounted on?  Does it matter?  I'm not clear on
exactly what temperature it's supposed to be measuring -- the fin?
the ambient air?

I replaced the old rattly existing fan with a small computer fan, and
also added a city water port exhaust fan, so I'm tempted to just wire
these both to a switch for manual control..?
