Hi all. Recent reading reminded me to check my Dometic door for leaks. With an internal fan installed, you can hear where door doesn't seal well. To check for door leaks: put a radio, or other sound low volume source, in your fridge. With door shut, put your ear up to edge of door. Listen around edge of door. If you hear the radio louder in a spot, gently push on door in that spot. Quieter when pushed? Maybe a leak. I used residential type foam for sealing leaks on doors, windows etc. on face of Dometic where door closes. Try it if you think you have a leaky Dometic door! Neil.
