1) Take two screwdrivers
2) Lift the seal from the inside using the two screwdrivers to lift
the inside lip
3) Put enough gentile pressure to keep the seal up
4) Have someone outside to catch the window

But what if you don't have any gentiles handy?  Would someone from your
local...do ok?

Even the best smelling checker wood knot have caught this won.
