Well, I think, I did.  Right now, the engine is running fine and does idle too, that did not do for almost a year.  
I disconnected the Oxy sensor.  It is a single wire.  
I had to change the air filter too.  It got clogged of the smoke that blew out of the exhaust and sucked back in somehow.
Thanks to Bob Donalds for this advice, but I took care of the other things too that was told by others.
