Take a known-good ignition wire and substitute it in rotation for your
ignition wires.  Run the van after each substitution.  It is not as tedious as it
sounds and it is a good way to proof the ignition wires.  I've had to do this a
couple of times, once with a set of premium Bosch wires which had seen less
than 6 Kmi of service.
