In the emergency brake cable system are two plastic
guides that transition the cable from the "T" junciton
into the cables that snake their way to the brake
drums.  The guides are wearing down and are starting
to catch the cable and not letting the brake be
released until after driving a bit ("CLUNK!"). A quick
look on a vendor's web page did show any. Are these a
dealer only item?

side note: i'm pretty sure this is the source of my
sticking brake.
