<DIV>today i finally gotmy 87 westy syncro project running.&nbsp; for the last couple of months i have pulled EVERYTHING and replaced with new, exhausts, coolant lines, disributor, all cvs, bearings, h20 pump, tranny fluids, oil, filters, belts, plugs etc....&nbsp; so now i got her running, sounding real strong, good compression, ran new gas, techron fi cleaner, but after about 10 minutes of idling she starts running harsh, shooting a little black smoke, choking noises, not holding an idle, when reved has a hard time catching up if at all, finally no idle and she dies.&nbsp; i swapped out ecu, no change, i swapped out afm,. no change.&nbsp; what else? timing good, mixture seems alright.&nbsp; she always starts and runs fine but after a bit these symptoms occur.</DIV>
