Anyone in the Fort Myers area know anything about it or willing to check it
out for me?  Seems to be in good shape--obviously has been painted a color
that GL models were not sold in the USA.  Also, has the standard silver
painted wheels with chrome hubcaps that aren't typical of models sold in the
US.  I assume these are alterations to the vehicle.

I already have an '85, with 220,000 miles.  I'd love to have another one
with a better body and fewer miles--although I can't say that the Vanagon I
have has deteriorated that much in the almost 8 years I've owned it (mine
had 125,000 miles when i got my hands on it).

I just want to make sure it's in sufficient shape to make the trip back to
Iowa from Fort Myers (with a breather at my parents house in Huntsville,
Alabama).
