Messing around today, pulled the fuse block getting ready to relay my
headlights.  Ran into a mystery, a missing relay.  Pictures here:

Anyone have any ideas??
Also note disconnected yellow female plug to the right of the relay ???
BTW, this is a '90 Westfalia 2wd Automatic w air.
