Looking for ideas on how to remove the clutch release lever from the
release shaft on an 82 manual transmission.  Trans is out and on the
ground.  Hanyes simple instructions of "remove the circlip and withdraw
the release lever" leaves out the part about the lever being rusted and
tightly fused to the shaft.
