Hi all,

I've got an '87 Syncro Vanagon GL with a serious wiper Gremlin.  The wipers
only work on high speed.  I've tried a new wiper motor AND a new wiper
switch (new column replacement from Bus Depot) with the same results.
Anybody had this problem?  Is there a relay that I should be checking?  I
know there is a relay for intermittant wipers but apparantly not for low
speed.  All suggestions gratefully appreciated.
