pop off the plastic hinge covers and remove that gold anodized allen head
bolt on each side and the seats will recline all the way down.   and i mean
ALL the way down  :<)   it helps if you have a westy and can swival the front
pass seat around facing rearwards, then lay the seatback on the dash..
