I had the KYB's and they caused the van to be harsher over bumps due to the
pressurized gas shocks.  I switched to some inexpensive Cofap shocks and the
ride was much smoother over bumps.

The AC ducts would squeak when I went over bumps, after the shock change that
disappeared.

I would go with the Boge non gas charged for a smoother ride...
And add sway bars in the front and rear to control the roll...
