Howdy all,

This past weekend, performance on the SDSL line that services my home office
(where Gerry lives) began to deteriorate. My DSL provider performed all of
their troubleshooting on Monday, and detrmined that it was a local loop
issue. Verizon (local phone co) techs came out Tuesday to diagnose the
problem, and it was resolved later in the evening.

Everything seems to be working fine again.
