I tested my fuel delivery rate and it filled 4/5 of a quart jar in about 30 seconds.  I was told by a couple of members on the list that this sounded normal.

What surprised me however, is when I took the relay out (with the key off) there was power going to it as I got a small spark.  Is this normal?  Also, I did not need to "switch on for 30 seconds" as it flowed with out the key being turned on and just using the jump wire from 30 to 87.  Is this also normal?
