Know I'm missing something obvious here, but....
I'm trying to use a timing light on my Westy and get no "flash" when I press
the trigger. Using the battery under the rear bench seat/storage, and NOT
trying to ground to the engine, but to the neg. terminal on the battery, and
clipping onto the #1 spark wire. Do I need to arrange a ground to the
engine? Any help will be appreciated.
