I hope that smaller radiator in front of the larger is an air conditioning component :-) -----Original Message----- From: Vanagon Mailing List [mailto:vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com] On Behalf Of Leslie Shiaman Sent: Friday, June 15, 2001 8:35 PM To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Subject: Cannot locate Thermo-Switch (rad. fan) on '84 1.9L Listees - Today I bought a replacement thermo-switch (lower temp). I want to install it, and according to Bentley section 19.12 it's located by the bleeder screw on the radiator. They diagram it. Well I looked all over that area and down and to the other side with no luck. Maybe this vanagon had a replacement radiator? I noticed that the radiator looks like it has two sections, a smaller one in the front of the larger. Hmm...where could the switch be?
