The springs and cables are available. I just replaced a set about 3 months ago. Little bit of work but not too bad. The new cables were larger than original. had to slightly drill out the hole for the end hook. You will have to find another strut to replace the broken one, the spring can't be repaired. I've thought about rigging up the pneumatic jacks like the Eurovan has, but have not gotten around to it. Shouldn't be that hard. I'd use the lifts from an early Saab 900. They are strong and lift a very heavy rear hatch. The trick is finding a way to mount them to get clearance. If you figure out a way, make up a kit and sell it to the list! "W. Silva" wrote: > > To cut to the chase, has anyone found a way to make lifting the pop to > easier once the spring died?
