I actually was inspired to buy a Vanagon by the 1988 ish Vanagon Polzei
(sp?) Green and White paint scheme van in the Movie "The Package." the
van's screen time is short though. I count two scenes, my favorite is
the van pulls into the scene siren's wailing. Out jump the German
Police, four I think, they do the movie stuff, hop back in and roar off
with the perpetrators. It sounds like another engine "voice" has been
dubbed into the sound track, thought it might just be the 112 hp growl
I've never heard.

Gene Hackman, Tommy Lee Jones are the stars. I own the movie now so I
can see my first love any time I want.

Sincerely,

Mark Keller
