Hi Listers,

I'm fairly new to the Vanagon family, I recently bought a '87 Syncro! I'd
like to replace the plugs, oil, filter, air filter, etc...

I'm looking for recommendations on:

What brand of coolant? (mfg, type)

What are the appropriate spark plugs? (make, model)

What is the best oil filter?

What about a K&N air filter? is it worth it?

Any advice would be appreciated.
