I need some advice. I plan to change to upper and
lower balljoints and tierod ends on my 1987 Vanagon
GL. A driveway kind of job.
Will I need a big 'ol hydraulic press, or will one of
those glorified c-clamps from Harbor Freight et. al.
suffice? Hope to start this project soon-before
Michigan winter gets serious. Meanwhile, I'm finishing
the engine transplant in the '78 Volvo kidmobile.
