Subject:Re: What is ETKA?

(I'm copying this to the list since I would imagine there are others
wondering the same thing)

This is the CD-ROM that the VW and Audi dealers use for looking up parts.
Someone posted an ftp site on the list a couple of weeks ago where you can
download the CD-ROM image, and then burn a copy for yourself. Do an archive
search for "ETKA" and "iso" you should be able to find the ftp address. IT
is a HUGE download (several hundred MB), so unless you have a broadband
connection, make sure you are using an ftp client that supports resuming of
interrupted downloads.

Oh, and you need a PC (not a Mac) with at least a 17" monitor and a video
card capable of supporting 1064 x 1280 screen resolution.

Cheers,
