What's the best (most lasting) procedure in repainting the exterior door handles? I can live with the paint slowing wearing away but my previous effort has resulted in small areas that just chip away to bare metal. Is there is a metal conditioner that needs to be applied to the metal to improve bonding with the primer coat? Garrett Adams 83.5 Adventurewagen GL Stockton, California
