I haven't received the starter yet, but I'm confused about the limited
instructions and I've found so far.

What's that long screw all about?  Is it meant to be temporarily installed
to help you align the new starter?

.Then replaced by a shorter screw into the tapped hole in the starter flange
from the opposite direction?

This is the $150 "GVW-PMS-MT-BNDL" starter, not the upgrade one with the
adapter flange.

Also, are there any pitfalls in the cable hookups?
