Hi folks,

        If anyone still out there gets this, and is up for a heater valve discussion, I’d like to prepare for an attempt to change, or at least inspect the front heater valve. 

        I’m trying to eliminate coolant oder and I want to try to do this first before digging into the dash to see if it is the heater core. 

        I believe there were descriptions of the process being done from under the van when the valve is somehow dropped down. 

        A description a blind guy could follow would be great. 

        I think I have a new valve from GW in the full dash kit I purchased last year but didn’t have time to dig into yet.

Fingers crossed the valve will fix the problem, but I have the heater core if needed.
