I have an extra shift knob from Vintage Air Cooled Parts. It's the Westfalia one shown here: https://vintageacp.com/collections/bus/products/vanagon-shift-knobs

It fits 14mm shift rods. Note that it does not show a shift pattern, just the Westfalia logo. It has a small issue, a dab of epoxy on the threads where it screws to the rod prevents it from screwing on all the way. A problem easily remedied I think.
