Hi John,

        it has been some time since I did this.  But, with list help I did this some time ago.  

        Hopefully others will speak up or you can check the archive.

I remember opening the door then propping the rear corner on a dry wall bucket or something with shims to hold it in place.  

        there were three bolts on the inside.  I don’t remember details.  There may be helpful videos on GW as they sell the bearings and likely the hinge coming off is covered. 

I believe I also removed the panel over the rear channel to make it easier to access the hinge. And figure out how the rollers fit on. 

With some care I expect you can do this.
