Subject:Thoughts on Master and slave clutch Cylinder replacement?
From:Eric Caron <ericcaron96@COMCAST.NET>

Hi list,
I’m wondering if there is list wisdom on particular brand or any other info such as additional parts to have on hand or other items that should be changed or inspected during this job.

I conveniently forgot that at my last service on my 84 manual, the slave cylinder boot had failed, and the bleeder was frozen. Recommendation is to change both slave and Master cylinder while in there.

So, tips on any best parts or related items to have on hand are appreciated.

I may be able to do this with a friend, so want the option to have needed items ready to go.

And, if I do have to have the shop do it I’d like to have some info on recommended available parts.

All tips appreciated.

Eric Caron
